Hello Equi collective members! I was wondering if anyone had any specific lower leg stability excerises. My lower leg is very unsteady in the Dressage. In jumping I don't have a problem. I'll try shortening my stirrups a bit in dressage but other than that I would like to do some excerises ๐Ÿ˜Š

I had a horse flip on me and broke my pelvis, back, hip and some ribs about 7 years ago. Itโ€™s hard for me to get to right side of my seat even after all the soft tissue trauma. Any tips, friends?
