Restorative Vinyasa Yoga
I took my first restorative Vinyasa yoga class tonight and I’m honestly so shocked at how helpful meditation can be!
Having the mental clarity, focusing on your breath, and being in tune with your body for an hour was soooo refreshing.Can’t wait to apply this to the saddle and slowly learn how to meditate while actively doing things.
For those who might want to try yoga at no cost, ClassPass has a two week trial that I signed up for. I caved and got a membership on ClassPass after realizing how affordable it can be to get in a little tune up for my mind while still being active :)
