I came back to basics
After buying my first horse I need a while to structure my life and first was her than I. Still being her before than I.
So as I schedule the time that I'm going to spend with her, I'm optimizing my time in the gym.
Usually I stayed 4/5h each gym day, 4 times a week. Right now I'm spending one hour and a half, we'll see.
So after a month not going to the gym, I feel really weak, I couldn't either get 20kg on my back and I got heavy laces that I couldn't walk ok for a week.
Here you can see the improvement in two weeks.
Right now I'm lifting 90kgx3 on squat, 57.5x3 on bench press (the one that is keeping higher) and 100x3 on deadlift.
