At PS of Sweden, we want PS Collective (the Community) to be a safe, open and friendly place. A place where you can connect with other like-minded equestrians, discuss, share and talk about all things PS of Sweden. These Guidelines set out the basis on which you may interact with our Community or the website on which we make it available (our site) as a community user (User).  

So we’re asking you to please read these Community Guidelines carefully before you start to use our site. By using our site, you’re telling us that you accept these Community Guidelines and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Community Guidelines, please do not use our site or join the Community as a User. Please note that if you do not comply with these Community Guidelines, this may result in us taking appropriate action. 

Content standards – we want to provide you with a safe Community based on inclusiveness and understanding. In order to ensure that all our community Users feel welcome, users need to follow our content standards wich apply to any and all comments, images, videos or any other material which is generated by Users on our site, including materials which you post or send on through the site (Content).  Our members need to follow logical behavior and make qualitative content, not spamming. 

The standards apply to each and every part of any Content. In order to keep our Community a safe environment, we will determine, in our discretion, whether Content breaches these content standards. 

Content must not: 

Content must be your own and either of yourself or of someone who has given you express permission to take their picture and share their imagery on our page. You must never share images or videos of others without the subject’s express permission. 

To protect our Users, the Community and us, we have the right to remove any Content on our site if, in our opinion, it does not comply with the content standards set out above. We also have the right to take any further action that we deem appropriate. 

By posting any Content on our site, you confirm that you have the right to make the post and that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property rights (such as copyrights and trademarks). 

You also agree that we can use all Content for any purpose, including for marketing, business development and internal administrative purposes. 

Removal of content on this platform is at the sole discretion of PS of Sweden 

All personal information that is collected is done so in a responsible manner and with regard to your integrity and the laws on GDPR. It is important for us to be clear about how we handle your personal information, and you are always welcome to contact us if you have questions regarding this. 

Buy, sell & swap

PS of Sweden does not own the goods advertised or sold through PS of Sweden Collective and is not a party to agreements between sellers and buyers. In case of a dispute between the seller and the buyer, the parties should contact each other to attempt to resolve the dispute

How it Works:

• Post Your Item: If you have items in good condition that you'd like to sell, simply create a post with clear photos, detailed descriptions, and your asking price.
• Browse Listings: Explore the listings to find items you're interested in. Ask questions, negotiate prices, and arrange a meetup or shipping with the seller.
• Make a Deal: Once you've found the perfect item, finalize the deal with the seller. Agree on the payment method and delivery options.
• Meet or Ship: Arrange a safe meeting place if the transaction is local. For distant trades, choose a secure shipping method to ensure your item reaches you in excellent condition.

Guidelines for a Smooth Trade:

• Be honest about the condition of your items.
• Communicate clearly with your trading partner.
• Agree on payment and delivery methods beforehand.
• Meet in public, well-lit places for local exchanges.
• Package items securely if shipping is required.
