Figures of eight... I know this exercise is not the usual polework ones I like to share here but I thought I'd share this anyways. Figure of eights is not only a great exercise to practice lead changes and direction but it also keeps your horses mind busy, different from the usual one direction around the arena. Another great exercise to keep their minds busy is serpentine loops!
