An exercise to train rider & horse.
I use a (sort of) letter S for my students. At the start they need to trot in the loops (1/3/5/7) and walk at the straight (2/4/6/8). This is a very good way to brain-train the horse, get activity on the leg (rider) and hindleg (horse). And the rider gets quicker at bending the horse from the leg to the mounth.
When all this goes well, you can change the places you trot/walk or use galop too. It’s heavy!! But always effective
