My horse is quite young and has energy so no not often! I do still enjoy it while my horse is cooling off!

I used to hate it but I found that its a super good tool for your riding (and fun!). I found that riding bareback helped me understand the horse a bit more, like this guy who throws you off balance and moves the saddle around. Was able to feel that and transfer it to in the saddle
