YesI have one, the wind and rain could be sweeping him away and he will take that as a challenge to play catch me if you can. Once I catch him, he will normally be visibly shaking / shivering if it is chilly outside But dumb dumb doesn't want to be caught. 3 out of 5 are good about coming out of weather. If Mr you can't catch me doesn't go , I have another mini that get Suspect and he will give me a bit of grief too about coming in at the same time. until I catch his fat girlfriend. Then he will come in. Hence why I purchased the PSOS raincoat , I am so over the shenanigans
