How do you lunge your horse?

Hi guys, Because both my horse and I still getting stronger, I Lunge about 2 times a week. And often only with the longeing cavesson because its better for the mounth (you don’t pull the bit) and the balance of the horse. How do you keep your horse fit?

I lunge once a week or if I have not enough time for riding

I lunge before every ride and if I don't have enough time I'll lunge instead of riding. I also do free lunging a lot
