The 7s
I call this game the 7s.
Can be done with or without stirrups. Used to strengthen muscles used over jumps without having the added stress on a horse's joints.
At the trot, do 7 steps posting, 7 sitting, 7 in 2-point. Can also add 7 steps of standing in the stirrups. Repeat for as long as desired. When comfortable, switch the number (lower numbers will be quick and therefore harder).
