Improve your seat
Improve your seat at the 3 gaits. Simply ride at least the first 20 mn of your training session without stirrups . You can start by 5 mn each session and then you add 5 mn progressivly along the weeks . It helps a lot to improve your seat and to use your legs only when necessary as the target is to ride with the best relaxation possible to avoid pain and to not push and bore your horse with the leg while unecessary.
