Improving cardio/endurance?

Hey Collective friends! My biggest struggle has always been cardio. I suffer from Graveโ€™s Disease/chronic hyperthyroidism I finally got under control a few years ago, but I STILL struggle to build up that endurance! Engaging the core for a more challenging ride can be a KILLER. I hate running (and find it not enjoyable for my hips or knees) ๐Ÿ˜ญ For a bit, I was rowing at the gym a few times a week but fell out of routine over the holidays and being in a slight calorie deficit & watching my macros to shed a few pounds makes me ravenous after a workout ๐Ÿ˜‚ Any tips, workouts, etc that you have to build that endurance (whether its cardio endurance or muscle endurance) would be much appreciated ๐Ÿฉท Photo of the adorable yellow (and dirty) boy in my new pink pad for tax
