Improving cardio/endurance?
Hey Collective friends!
My biggest struggle has always been cardio. I suffer from Grave’s Disease/chronic hyperthyroidism I finally got under control a few years ago, but I STILL struggle to build up that endurance! Engaging the core for a more challenging ride can be a KILLER.
I hate running (and find it not enjoyable for my hips or knees) 😭 For a bit, I was rowing at the gym a few times a week but fell out of routine over the holidays and being in a slight calorie deficit & watching my macros to shed a few pounds makes me ravenous after a workout 😂
Any tips, workouts, etc that you have to build that endurance (whether its cardio endurance or muscle endurance) would be much appreciated 🩷
