” ride like an S”
Hi! I wanted to suggest some of my favorite exercises as I want to complete the point 'send 3 messages (or posts) in Riding exercise'😜🦄 The second exercise I want to recommend is to do two 8-meter circles on one circle or ride like an S. This has helped me to get my horse around my leg while also stretching him out and making him really soft on both sides. You get a clear indication of what you need to work on. We also have some issues with clean changes (without a pole), so this exercise works very well for us to practice changes when increasing the difficulty to canter.🦄❤️
