Lunging on hills

Lunging on uneven footing is great for proprioception and for strength. My arena footing is not great right now due to the weather, so my trainer and I took my horses to the pasture and did some light lunging. The small hills and pitted ground make it harder for the horse and you can get a good workout in quickly.
