Dressage Exercises

Exercises! I saw this image on the internet. These seem like fun exercises to get your horse to bend a bit more in the position. This would be very useful for me and maybe others too!

Serpentines are such great exercises for suppleness, bending, and getting your horse to engage that hind end! Also keeps the rider on their toes (personally, I am a chronic zoner outter 😂). You can expand upon the figure eight as well to include transitions, like trot to canter (even introduce a little counter canter before going back to trot!)
