Heated Gloves

Has anyone tried the PSoS heated gloves? Reviews...thoughts...? Thanks!

I have not tried the PSOS heated gloves but I have been comparison shopping for heated gloves. I narrowed my search to thinner gloves that permit a nice contact with my horse's mouth. Many heated gloves are very thick, inflexible and not suitable for riding. Gloves for carpenters and tool users are more suited because they need fine motor movement and the ability to pick up nails, screws, etc. One advantage that PSOS gloves seem to have is that the battery pack is on top of the hand/wrist. This enables better movement of your wrist because the lower wrist is not blocked by the battery pack. All the others are half price or better than PSOS. However, the battery pack of the others is in the wrong place. I have written to several manufacturers to see if the battery pocket can be moved to be above the wrist. I will keep this group informed about the responses. I will also let you know if I find anything similar to PSOS. I can't afford $250 for a pair of gloves.

Bridle question

I’m wanting to treat my boy to new bridle However I need one with gap to ease pol pressure and also I don’t want any flash or anything that straps his mouth, when he used to race they strapped his mouth so tight and I would hate for him to have any memory of this😔 he comes first before fashion. Are there any bridle where there is no flash or if they do is there the option to remove the flash and the little loop for flash. I see buying new bridle as an investment to his comfort and enjoy riding and also look good but most of all he is happy and comfortable Any help would be greatly appreciated ❤️

Halter Ego has a new line of bridles with a removable flash. The flash holder comes out so you're not left with the nub on your noseband. It's a great idea to be able to switch back and forth easily. Their quality is good too and the crown pieces are solid underneath to accommodate US rules.

I think the pad colors do not photograph true for some PSOS pads. I've taken a number, and the photos look completely different than the true color in real life. Warm gray, for example, looks more lavender in real life. Someone had an explanation for why the light reflects differently for PSOS in photos, but I'm sorry I can't explain it to you. I suggest you start with a color you have (any product, any brand) and ask people who have that item if it matches xyz PSOS pad that you're interested in. I would love to see more posts that go across brands to show what items actually match or coordinate.
