Hi! I heard back from customer service and they said that you have to be logged in with your Equi account for the discount to work. I unfortunately didn’t realize I wasn’t logged in and went through the purchase thinking it would be added at the end 🤷🏻‍♀️

Scratch brush 🧹 🐴

Do you use scratch brushes in the paddock or in the stable? I've been dreaming for a long time of installing one in the box, but I finally installed it in the paddock so Dus could rub against the moderately stiff bristles of the brush if he needs to. I've seen, for example, on Temu or Shein, cattle brushes that can be attached around a post at different heights. It's a great thing if someone has the ability to install it in the paddock or meadow🤩

Browband sizing

Hi guys! I’m looking to buy a new PS browband. I have many already, but they’re pretty old ones. Does anybody know if the sizing is still the same? I had an X-Full in the old ones, but I think I saw somewhere that they run a bit bigger now. So I’m doubting between a Full and an X-Full.

My first browband was also XFull, because head of my previous horse was bigger than usual but when I put it to my next regular horse head it was also good . Now I bought just Full and it’s also ok 😃

Issue on Posting Review in Test Panel Section

Hey everyone I have been trying to put my review for the reins I was selected to test and it won’t go through. I have tried restarting my phone, and I have been trying to upload it in a high speed internet locations. Is anyone else having the same problem as well? This is the first time I have been selected to test anything but, I haven’t had issues with anything else I have done on here before.

The only issue I have had have been with images being too large. Taking screenshots of them and then posting the screenshots fixed it for me. Interestingly, the gallery doesn't have this issue, but the review panel does.

Fixing ripped seams in pads

Hey collective! Has anybody ever successfully restitched the seams on their pad? Didn’t notice this had torn until I was drying it after a wash! I do lots of hand embroidery but haven’t tackled stitching anything like this!

I lost a lot of crystals in a saddle pad from another company, the whole thread line felt down, so I took everything to a seamstress and she fixed it as best she could😃

With my previous horse physio worked once a month but with this one we are usually work with magnetic blanket. In competition season we are doing one session per week . After longer competition three sessions one by one . I think that it’s working now but when he will be older , he will need more often and bigger help
