VIP code problem

Need help โ™ฅ๏ธ I was just about to place another order and use the VIP code. But it's not working now, has anyone else had similar problems ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

Hi! I heard back from customer service and they said that you have to be logged in with your Equi account for the discount to work. I unfortunately didnโ€™t realize I wasnโ€™t logged in and went through the purchase thinking it would be added at the end ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ
