Need help ♥️ I was just about to place another order and use the VIP code. But it's not working now, has anyone else had similar problems 🙏🙏

Hi! I heard back from customer service and they said that you have to be logged in with your Equi account for the discount to work. I unfortunately didn’t realize I wasn’t logged in and went through the purchase thinking it would be added at the end 🤷🏻‍♀️
