Tips for Canter seat

Hey! So my canter seat isn’t “bad” but it looks like i either drive to much or i move my upper body! Just looking for tips to sit more stable :)

Hi the way I was taught is you get some kind of bill either like a 10 dollar bill or other kind and put it under your bum and if it is still there after a round of canter you keep it! It motivates you really hard🤣
