Good morning - I am hoping that I might be able to gain some insight into rein grip. I seem to loose my grip on the reins and are constantly adjusting them. Any suggestions on how to have better grip and contact?

@Allison Good point Allison about the thumb pinching down. I am so focused on keeping my thumbs up that I forget to have them continue to grip with the top of my index finger. Thanks
