Not sure if it’s just me struggling to figure out how to leave product reviews or if it’s because I’m realizing I have only ordered through the horselet. Am I able to leave a product review in the shop of the main website or must I have purchased from the main website? Or do reviews left on the horselet able to help count towards receiving ribbon points. Any insight appreciated. Thanks!

I have bought items through PSoS official site 2 times and still received no review mail😔. I asked them - how to receive it, the answer was -the mail is sent automatically🤷🏼‍♀️.

Only through main site, they send an email a few weeks later which allows you to leave a review. This is the only way you can leave a review
