Can anyone help

The site is saying I haven’t completed any stages but I have just completed all task on raising star but it’s saying I haven’t completed anything yet and also on ranking states I have no ribbons but you can see I have 300, I’m very new to this but they were ticked green hour ago and now are not, Can anyone help? Thank you
