Dont worry! They’ll get back to ya! They might be preparing to ship (maybe waiting on the item to be produced if it was not readily in stock) and then there was a holiday. Lea and other admins also might have been out of office as well. You can always send a gentle nudge just to see the status of where they are in prepping for shipping :) hopefully you enjoy your prize and you’ll have to show us once you receive it!
