No Registered Orders? 🤔

Is it possible to register orders retroactively? I’ve placed orders in the past under my registered account but, my history shows nothing. I would like to post reviews on PSOS’ website.

Hey, I receive the review rating at least minimum 2 weeks after my purchase or even more sometimes .I always received it by mail on my email adress , as I always logg in to my Psos account while I purchased . If you do not logg in (it already happened to me in the past I was just ordered and paid with PayPal) then I never received any review rating . Just in order to make sure I keep a history and evidence of my order I always screen a photo of my order number , in case I would not receive the review rating. As advised in some previous post you can write an email to the customer service by showing them the order number then they will transfer it to the review rating company ( which is not Psos) and you will receive the expected review rating accordingly.
