Browband Golden Delight

Recently I order the pearl browband and the Golden Delight beowband. Unfortunately, it cracked at first use. I was bumped :( PSOS (Elsa) was very kind in our mail conversation and she offered me a new one. She let me know that they were trying to create better protection during shipping. Today I got thr new browband with a very nice and beautifull bag wich covers the complete browband. Thank you PSOS for the nice service. This one feels stronger, I hope the stones will keep in place. Very pleased with the solution 🙏🏼
