Brown on black?

I'm toying with the idea of brown tack on my black horse. We do dressage and love our bright matchy sets for schooling at home - would brown tack look strange on a black horse with bright colours? I am in love with the new pink ruffle set but also have my heart set on the ps brown rolled dressage bridle. What do you guys think?
