Posts for product reviews do not appear

I have tried several times to post product reviews. However, the posts never show up, nor do I receive points credit. They disappear completely. I have tried to follow the posting process carefully. I have tried posting directly on the PSOS website and also posting through the Collective. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. I am unable to find a link to Support at PSOS to get help with this issue. My posts are positive, so it can't be that they are held for negativity. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?
